| Basic
Return Policy |
- Unless
otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date
your product left the warehouse o get a valid RA.
- To
process your return or exchange, please contact
us 1-877-Helmet4 (1-877-435-6384).
- You
must contact our customer service department to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No packages
will be accepted without an RA#.
- Returns
and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days
of purchase.
- Item
being returned must be in the original box and properly
packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

- Clearance
Store products may be returned only if you
received the wrong product and it must be
returned within 14 days from the date your
product left the warehouse

- Expedited
Exchange (Best Way): A new order will
be placed for the replacement item. You
will then be credited back for the returned
item upon receipt.

- Standard
Exchange: We will replace item with
the correct item upon receipt of your original
returned product.

- No
credit or refund will be given to orders received
that do not follow these instructions or for returned
product that is found to be used or damaged. These
items will be returned back to the customer.

- All
returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
|
- Customers
returning or exchanging items are responsible for
the shipping charge of the item back to Helmet Direct.
We recommend sending via UPS, Fedex, or Priority
Mail in order to obtain a tracking number. This
will expedite the return/exchange process in the
event items are delayed or lost during transit.
