For USA customers we accept credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), money orders and personal checks. For all check and money order payments, please contact our sales department to first to obtain an order.

• For international customers, we only accept bank wire transfers. You must contact us to obtain total amount of order with shipping charges. Bank wire information along with an order number will be given to customer at that time.

• When you click on the 'Final Checkout' button, your credit card information will be submitted for processing. If the authorization is not approved, your credit card will not be charged, but your issuing credit card company will put a temporary hold on the funds. Your credit card limit will be reduced by the amount charged and by the number of times your transaction fails. For example, if your transaction fails twice then your credit card limit will be reduced by two times the amount charged. Your credit card company will reissue the funds to your account after 3 – 7 business days. Please contact your credit card company for more information. Helmet Direct does not receive any funds if your transaction fails no matter how many times your credit card is charged so we cannot issue refunds in such situations. Additional credit card ownership verification may be requested at Helmet Direct's discretion.
